My work with Eileen was invaluable to my being able to land a great job. She was extremely helpful in every way whether it was accommodating appointments or searching and finding numerous positions for me to apply to. She also helped me apply to every position and land two different jobs. When one of them didn't work out she helped me to find a MUCH better one. Every week was a joy and we never had a single meeting where there wasn't a plethora of jobs she had hunted down for me. I enjoyed my time with her and she also followed up with me numerous times after our time was concluded to make sure that I was doing well and to see if I needed anything from her.

Eileen is very knowledgeable with great interpersonal skills. She has a very welcoming demeanor that puts you at ease immediately. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the great service bestowed upon me in my search for employment. The amount of research materials was outstanding, never knew there were so many avenues to research for employment. The one on one sessions discussing where to look, discussing different avenues, narrowing down what I would excel in certainly helped very much. Discussing how to interview, what to say, what would an employer look for from me, helped to see the other side of the interview. I did very much appreciate how organized you were as well, how you were so positive and this bounced back on me. Having an injury and having feelings of low worth certainly hampered my search until I met you. Your enthusiasm and experience made a world of difference. I am proud to say I have secured a position with a great company and just wanted to thank you for your encouragement and assistance in my employment search.

In terms of our employment search, I really enjoyed how understanding you were of my anxiety and how we can realistically do a thorough job search and make small changes everyday. I could see my improvement gradually and I felt that your patience with me helped and you stood out compared to others as a result. I am very appreciative of what you did for me.

As a person who was quite happy in the work I was doing before I was injured it was hard for me to think of doing anything else.  When I came to see Eileen, I had already had a job in mind that I would like to apply to. She was very attentive to my needs and wants going forward into a new position. Although I had a certain position in mind, Eileen helped me to keep an open mind to other openings in case the one I wanted didn’t come through.  As we sat together and she helped to prepare my resume, she brought out a lot of different skills that I didn’t even consider. This made me more employable and attractive to a diverse pool of employers.  In the end I did in fact get the job I was hoping for. However I also received 4 phone calls with other job offers. This all took place in a very short amount of time.  I am grateful for Eileen’s help, professionalism and the dedication she showed in bettering my future with something I wanted to do. I’m sure that the reason I landed the exact job that I wanted was in part because of her unwavering support.

The services Eileen provided were above and beyond what was required. She would go out of her way to help with anything necessary for my job search. Regarding resumes, cover letters and the best way to approach potential employers - her feedback and advice was very valuable. Eileen was available to talk or message me anytime I needed help with trying to get back to work.  She has been one of the most helpful people in the return to work process and with how hard it was being off work going on almost 3 years.  In December 2018 I was referred to Eileen to find employment.  Having not had to search for employment for 8 years I would have been lost.  She helped me with looking for employment
opportunities, building an outstanding resume and cover letter.  With Eileen’s help I quickly found employment.  I found her services invaluable to me.

Eileen Young was hands down the most effective person I worked with while I was badly injured from a work accident. Eileen not only contacted employers for me and gave me tons of leads, she also found employment for me that gave me a chance. I'm hard on people and can be difficult, but she gave me the impression over and over again that she really wanted me back at work and also cared, staying late to accommodate my schedule, getting back to me fast and seeming honest with believing "I could" get back to work, helping me have the confidence I needed to get back to the work force.  Her diligence with finding work for me and her sincere wish to get me back to work stood out and anyone one who works with her can learn a lot from her work ethic, intelligence and heart.

I was referred to Eileen to help me find a less physically demanding job due to back problems.  Our first meeting was great. I was there to get help and Eileen was the perfect choice.  She has a bubbly personality that made me feel at ease and i found that she was so easy to talk to. I didn't have to explain my job to her, so it's obvious she has a wide variety of experience in the job market.
We got together twice a week to complete my resume and to send out job applications.  I could turn this into a novel about all the extra time and effort that Eileen put into helping me.
